Mark is a seasoned financial management professional with over 23 years of international experience in accounting, auditing, tax advisory, and airline management. Renowned for his industry expertise and reliability, he consistently earned the trust and respect of those who worked with him.

As Managing Partner of Virtual Point Associates (VPA), a category B+ independent accounting and auditing firm in Ghana, he has led numerous successful projects in auditing, due diligence, back-office accounting, taxation, project management, and management consulting. His extensive consulting experience, especially in aviation and airline management, has allowed him to work across multiple industries and international jurisdictions.

He joined Law and Development Associates (LADA) in 2015, serving as CEO until June 2024. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic management and planning of the company and its affiliates, while also acting as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). During his tenure, he successfully managed over 30 major projects, focusing on capacity building, research, and legislative development across Ghana and the West African sub-region.

He also served as Country Manager for North American Airlines, overseeing operations in Ghana, The Gambia, and Nigeria, with responsibility for financial oversight. Before that, he was the Expenditure Accountant at Ghana Airways Limited for four years. His diverse experience includes short-term assignments with Unilever Ghana, Pioneer and Meridian Tobacco Companies, Gold Coast Motors, and the Village Water Project.

He brings extensive expertise in corporate governance and continues to serve on the boards of several SMEs in Ghana, including Law and Development Associates, Consumer Insight Consult (CIC), Marine Services Limited, First Element Trading, Herp Conservation Ghana, and Ploutus Ghana Limited. He was previously a board member of the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo) and has served as an audit committee member for the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), and currently the Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA). He is also a director at Deep Rock Inc., Nigeria.

Mark holds a BSc and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School. He is a Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and a member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), where he is a practitioner, the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT), and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Beyond his professional life, Mark has a deep passion for wildlife conservation. This is more than just a hobby—he actively pursues opportunities to explore rural natural environments and national parks, reflecting his commitment to preserving the natural world.

He has years of experience in the information technology field such as IT infrastructure, data & VOIP networks, IT security systems, centralized & decentralized server management. Naveen believes in building strong relationships with clients resulting in exceeding sales goals and receiving corporate recognition. Heaps of experience in dealing with high network individuals from different regions globally, executing apotheosis of investment deals under his pocket. With his data-driven and highly informed decision-making capabilities, he establishes strategic mutually beneficial partnerships.

With over 20 years of progressive executive management experience, Sanoj oversees the execution of Ploutus Group’s mission, vision, and strategy. He leads the overall financial and operational direction of the Group, while managing key client relationships and spearheading initiatives in sectors including finance, construction and infrastructure, technology, oil and gas, renewable energy, mobile telecommunications, commodity trading, food distribution, consultancy services, mining, precious metals, health, travel, and tourism. Known as “OJ,” Sanoj has held significant roles in both private and publicly traded companies. His business ventures extend beyond the USA to the African and Asian continents, as well as the Caribbean islands.
Throughout his career, Sanoj has built an extensive network of investors, business leaders, attorneys, banks, and technology partners. He is committed to developing projects that impact lives, reduce poverty, and combat disease, focusing on creating a legacy for future generations. Originally from Sri Lanka, Sanoj inherited the entrepreneurial spirit from his family and ventured into business at a young age. Upon immigrating to the United States, he embarked on a multifaceted career that began in business and finance, gradually expanding into infrastructure development. His entrepreneurial journey further evolved with ventures in gold trading, small-scale mining, and large infrastructure projects across Asia and Africa. Sanoj’s portfolio also includes notable involvement in U.S. government contracting within the IT space, where he leveraged technology to drive efficiency and innovation. As the driving force behind Ploutus Group, he is currently leading the group towards an IPO, offering his investment expertise and strategic leadership across diverse verticals.
